WE’RE MUSICIANS TOO.

AND WE ARE TIRED OF THE MATH.

WHAT WE ARE FIGHTING FOR

  • MUSIC IS A HUMAN TECHNOLOGY

Music is born from lived experience — from pain, joy, love, loss and everything in between. Real music carries the irreplaceable spark of the human condition. It cannot and should not be exploited to the benefit of others.

  • ARTISTS DESERVE ECONOMIC AUTONOMY

The people who create music should have complete control over their own income. No single platform or governing body should dictate the value of a song. Artists should be paid first, not last.

  • TECHNOLOGY SHOULD SERVE HUMANS, NOT REPLACE US.

AI can produce sound. It does not replace soul. Technology should deepen the connection between artists and fans — not replace the human connection.

  • TRANPARENCY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

It is imperative that artists have the ability to leave any platform with their business data in tact. Financial, customer, and critical business data should belong to the owner of the song (not the platform). The data should be considered a part of the intellectual business property.
